Registration Application

The Vocational Nursing Program consist of a rigorous course load that prepares students for the NCLEX-PN and for a successful career in the nursing industry. It is not appropriate for people who have not graduated high school or obtained an equivalency in the United States or otherwise.

Entrance test is required for student who are interested in LVN program. The fee is $20. Please type in the date and time you wish to take the test and mail the form with the check or money order to:
